The following several settlements made by the clerk of this court with admin guard to t---il L. M. Williams guard of C. F. Brown, G. Chitwood Admin of A. Dunnivant died, H. N. Mount guard of his child -- T. F. Bell, guard of S. M Reed which said serverl settlements were examined by this court and found correct and ordered to be recorded in the Settlement Book of Dyer County

Ordered by the Court that Asa Griffin, R. C. Coffman & J. F. Caruthers be approved commissioners to lay off and set apart to the widow and family of James M. Craig died, a yearly allowance of provisions out of his estate and they being duly sworn report to the next term of this court.

This day a settlement made by W. N. Beasly, Admin of John Robertson died with T. H. Burton, Clerk of Dyer County Court was presented here in open court and examined and found correct and ordered to be recorded in the Settlement Book of Dyer County.
