Dyer County Court 1849 This day DAVID BOWEN, Administrator of the estate of A. A. EDNEY deceased, presented an Account of sales and of said estate here in open Court, which was received by the Court and ordered of record. Col. DAVID BOWEN , Administrator of the estate of ALFRED A. EDNEY deceased having suggested the insolvency of his intestate estate in writing before the Clerk of this Court under Oath, signed by himself, it is therefore ordered by the Court that said Administrator give notice in the Banner, a newspaper published in the town of Trenton, Tennessee for all persons having claims against said estate to file them duly proven with the Clerk of this Court so that a pror--- distribution may be made --- the creditors. On the motion to allow ASA GRIFFIN Five Dollars for holding an Inquest over the body of A.A. EDNEY deceased. One third of all the Justices of this Court being present, those voting for said allowance were ESQUIRE CONNELL, McDAVID, STALLCUP, SINCLAIR, SAWYER, GILLESPIE, MILLER, McCORKLE and PIERCE, so said allowance was made and ordered to be paid by the Court Trustee.
