This day J. G. Dunnevant was chosen and appointed guardian of Ferdnand Dunnevant. Whereupon comes the said J. G. Dunnevant herein to open court together with E. A. Dunnevant and L. M. Williams his securities and they entered into and acknowledged in the sum of one thousand dollar conditioned and payable as the law directs for the faithful performance of his duties as such guardian and he was then duly sworn.
