Monday Morning 5 November 1866
On motion and it appearing to the court that Abraham Dunnevant, late a citizen of Dyer County, deceased has died intestate and that G---- Chitwood was entitled to the administration of his estate. He is appointed administrator of all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credits which were of said Abraham Dunnevant deceased. Whereupon comes said Chitwood here into open court together with Joseph Prichard and George W. Pierce his securities and they entered into an acknowledged bond in the sum of two thousand dollars conditioned and payable as the law directs and he was then duly sworn. It is therefore ordered by the court that letters of administration be issued accordingly.
