This day it appearing to the court that George W. Colbert has died intestate and the court being satisfied of this claim of Turner Chamberlain to the administration of said estate he is appointed administrator of all and singular the good and chattels rights and credits which were of the said G. W. Colbert deceased. Whereupon comes the said T. Chamberlain here into open court together with D. C. Hibbill and L. H. Silsby his securities and they interned into an acknowledged bond in the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars conditioned and payable as the law directs for the faithful performance of the duties as such administrator and he was then duly sworn. It is therefore ordered by the court that letters of administration be issued to him accordingly.
