Be it Remembered that a county court was begun and held for the County of Dyer State of Tennessee at the Court House in the Town of Dyersburg on the first Monday in September it being the 4th day of said month in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred & forty Eight & in the 73rd year of American Independence.
