Be it Remembered that a county court was begun and held for the County of Dyer State of Tennessee at the Court House in the Town of Dyersburg on the first Monday in May it being the seventh day of said month in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred & forty Nine & in the Seventy third year of the American Independence of the United Stated.
