Be it Remembered that a County Court was begun and held for the County of Dyer, State of Tennessee at the Court House in the Town of Dyersburg, on the first Monday in December, it being the second day of said month in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and fifty and the 75th year of American Independence.
