W. T. Agee, W. T., James & Francis Davis

This day W. T. Agee was chosen and appointed Guardian of W. T. Davis, James M. Davis & Francis A. Davis minors of Thomas B. Davis dec'd. Whereupon comes said .T. Agee himself here into open court together J. B. Agee & J. E. Agee his secutities and they enter into acknowledged bond in the sum of Five hundred Dollars conditioned and payable as the Law directs for the faithful performance of his duties as Such Guardian and he was then duly sworn.
