Feeling and believing that life is uncertain and death is sure I make this my last will. I will and bequeath all of my personal property to my beloved wife, except one young yoke of steers about 2 or 3 years old, and I will them to my nephew THOMAS WOODS and I hereby appoint DAVID WILLIAMS as his Special Guardian, to see after his property until THOMAS WOODS is old enough to superintend his own business.

In testimony – whereof I hereunto affix my seal this 3rd day of April 1889
