JANE A. WOODSIDE Will Probated February Term 1881 Minute Book C page 288 State of Tennessee Crockett County Know all men by these presence that I JANE A. WOODSIDE being of sound mind and in my proper sences make this as my last will and testament after all my just debt is paid and I am decently intered. 1st I will and bequeath to FRANCIS WOODS my daughter in law for the love and esteem I have for her and her kindness to me during my sicness all the money I have on hand consisting of one hundred and ninety dollars in green backs and ten dollars in gold and silver also one note on W. J. CARMON for seventeen dollars entitled to a credit of ten dollars one note on G. B. H. COOP and JAMES HUDSON for one hundred and seventeen dollars entitled to a credit of Sixty dollars and all the household and kitchen furniture that is now on the premises of the said FRANCIS WOODS all of said property to be owned and controlled by the said FRANCIS WOODS. 2nd I will and bequeath to my son R. A. WOODSIDE all of the house hold and kitchen furniture belonging to me that is now in his possesion the same to be owned and controlled by him the said R. A. WOODSIDE. 3rd I appoint J. W. COCHRAN my Executor to execute this my last will and testament this Dec 3rd 1880. JANE A. WOODSIDE
