I JOSEPH WILLIAMS of Gadsden Crockett County Tennessee do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.

Item 1. I give devise and bequeath to my wife MAUDE ELLA WILLIAMS all my earthly possessions of any kind or name.

Lastly. I hereby nominate and appoint my wife sole executrix of this my last will and testament without giving bond. In witness where of I have here unto set my hand, This the 16 day of June 1937.
