Will of James Wilson

I James Wilson of the County of Haywood and state of Tennessee being of sound mind and disposing memory, wishing to dispose of the worldly goods that God in his providence has seen proper to bestow on him, do hereby publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void, all other wills by me at any time heretofore made.

Mentions: to my beloved wife ANN M. WILSON the east half of the tract of Land on which I now reside together with all my stock of horses, cattle, hogs & sheep, house hold and kitchen furniture except one (piano) together with my farming utensils, and every other species of property in my possession...

... to my step Daughter PARMELIA E. RHOADS the west half of the tract of Land on which I now reside... the line dividing said Land between said PARMELIA and my wife ANN M., to be run north and south, giving each an equal number of acres without regard to valuation... I also give and bequeath to the said PARMELIA E. RHOADS my piano for her use & benefit.
