I HENRY B. WILSON on this the 27th day of July 1887 being in good Health and of sound mind and good memory do hereby make publish and declair the following writing to be my last will and testament...

Item 1st I direct that my funeral Expences togather with all my just debts be paid...

Item 2 I give to my beloved wife MARTHA A. WILSON one years support for herself & family out of the provisions on hand at my death and if there should not be enough the same to be furnished her by my Executor out of my Estate. Also I further give to my wife MARTHA A. all my Household and Kitchen furnature and one cow for and during her life and in the event she should marry again said property before mentioned shall not go to or be under the control or liable for the debts or Contracts of any future Husband she may have and at her death whatever may be on had of said property to be sold by my Executors and the proceds of same to be Eaqually divided amongst my children to witt ROSALIA A. BOYKIN, DELPHINIE E. COOPER & HENRY PRICE WILSON & should either of the said children be dead their interest to go to their children...

I further direct that my wife MARTHA A. have the use and benefit of my land for her support...

Item 3 I give to my son HENRY PRICE WILSON my paid up Policy amounting to Two Hundred & forty dollars issued by the Equetable life assurance sosiety of the U. S. No 110623...

Item 4 My direction is at any time after my death that my Executors may in their judment think it advisable for the best interest of my estate to sell all my land in any way they may see proper... and the proceds of same to be equally divided amongst my wife MARTHA A. WILSON, ROSALEA A. BOYKIN, DELPHENA E. COOPER and HENRY PRICE WILSON equally...

Item 5 Should I be engaged in any kind mercantile business at my death and my son HENRY PRICE should wish to continue the same in his own name and upon his own account my wish is for him to take the stock of merchandise on hand at a fair valuation of wholesale prices and account to my estate for same... But in the event that he does not desire to continue the business I direct my Executors to sell of same stock... to be equally divided between my three children to wit ROSALIA A. BOYKIN, DELPHENIA E. COOPER and HENRY PRICE WILSON.

Item 6 I appoint my friend R. W. SIMS the legal advisor for my Executors.

Lastly I hereby nominate and appoint J. H. E. BOYKIN my son in law and my son HENRY P. WILSON my Executors...
