I ANN M. WILSON do make and confirm ordain and publish this as my last will and testament...

Mentions: to Daughter PERMELIA E. RHOADS all the property both real and personal of every description and kind whatever of which I may die seized and possessed to have own hold and possess for and during her natural life and at her death to be equally divided between all of her children that may be then alive. But it is expressly stated that if at the death of my daughter aforesaid any child of hers should be dead having left children it is intended and expressed that such child or children of such deceased child of my daughter aforesaid are to take the part of share that would gone to their deceased parent had the same lived.

But I hereby settle upon my daughter PERMELIA E. RHOADS all the property ... for her sole and separate use as aforesaid the same not to be subject to the Controle or liable to the debts in any manner, sense, or degree of her present husband GEORGE RHOADS or any future husband she may marry if ever she marry again in the future...

... Should all the children of my said daughter PERMELIA E. RHOADS be dead at her death and neither of her said Children leave any child or children then in that event all the aforesaid property given as aforesaid to my sister FRANCIS C. WHITE now resident in the state of Texas.
