Will of MARGRET WILSON (Col) Probated March 1921 Minute Book 10 page __ Know all men by these present, That I, MARGRET WILSON, of Bells Tennessee, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time made. Item 1- I give and bequeath to my husband PHIL WILSON my entire estate both real and personal, owned by me at the time of my death including all sums due me from the Government of the United States under a policy carried by my son, JOHN O. WILSON at the time of his death, for Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) in which I am named as beneficiary and under which I am receiving monthly payments of $57.50; All payments which may become payable after my death I hereby give and bequeath to my said husband, PHIL WILSON father of the said JOHN O. WILSON, deceased. I nominate my said husband PHIL WILSON as Executor without bond. MARGRET (X) WILSON Signed by the said MARGRET WILSON as and for her last will and testament, in the presence of us, the undersigned, who at her request, and in her sight and presence have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses, This the 3rd day of March 1921.
