JOHN T. WILLIAMS Will Probated August Term 1892 Minute Book E page 6 In the name of God Amen. I JOHN T. WILLIAMS of the county of Crockett state of Tenn. being of a sound & disposing mind & memory... do make this my last will & Testament... 1st I commend my mortal being to him who gave it and my body to the earth to be buried with no great expence or ostentatious to be paid for by my executors hereinafter mentioned... 1st It is my will and desire that all my household & kitchen furnature be equally divided between my two sons RALPH & PETER M. WILLIAMS & my living daughter TABITHA E. STEPHENS also the heirs of my deceased daughters TENNESSEE MANIRVIA STEPHENS & MARY A. EMISON they sharing equally with the rest that is to say getting their mothers part. 2 It is my will & desire that all of the rest of the effects of which I may die seized & possesed both real & personal shall be sold... 3d It is also my will and desire that all monies or cash coming into the hands of my executors from said sale shall be paid to my above named representatives or legal heirs giving to each one an equal division... I do nominate my two sons RALPH & PETER M. WILLIAMS my executors to this my last will & testament in testimony whereof I have this day subscribed my hand this May 23 1892.
