Will of W. P. WILLIAMS Probated Nov. 6th 1922 Minute Book 10 page __ The last Will and Testament, of W. P. WILLIAMS, of the town of Fruitvale of the County of Crockett and the State of Tennessee made and published this Thirtifirst day of January in the year of our Lord Nineteen Hundred and nineteen. In the Name of God Amen, I, W. P. WILLIAMS of the age of eighty one, and being of sound mind and memory do hereby make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following, that is to say. First: It is my will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be fully paid. Second: It is my wish and desire that my beloved wife A. L. WILLIAMS shall have the 200 acres deeded by her father and the 80 acres deeded by myself and use the proceeds as she may desire and it is my wish that at her death this land or the proceeds of same shall go to our bodily heirs. It is also my wish and desire that at my death my wife shall have all of our house hold effects or any part of them also five hundred $500.00 dollars of money that I may be possessed of at my death. Third: It is my wish and desire that what ever personal property I may be possessed of at my death shall be sold publicaly or privately as my Executors shall deem best and proceeds together with any other money I may be possessed of shall be divided equally between my eleven children. Fourth: It is my wish and desire that what ever real estate I may be possessed of at my death shall be divided equally according to value among my eleven heirs if said heirs can agree among themselves if not my real estate shall be sold publicaly or privately as my executors may deem best and proceeds of same divided equally among my eleven heirs. Lastly: I hereby nominate and appoint my sons W. Z. WILLIAMS, W. E. WILLIAMS and OTTO WILLIAMS as my executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills I have made. It is my desire and wish that these my sons shall act as my executors without bond also without making settlement with court.
