WHITBY do make and publish this as my last Will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made. First, I direct my funeral expenses and all my debts to be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executor. Secondly; I give and bequeath to my son, W. E. WHITBY my home place in the 15th Civil District Crockett County, Tennessee., consisting of 134 acres and bounded on the North by HUGHES; East by HUGHES; and HILL Negro; South by CHAS. ROBERTSON and McLIN and West by R. B. BURKE; Thirdly: Now, W. E. WHITBY and myself own 130 acres bottom land in the 9th District Crockett County Tennessee., and known as the MANLEY farm and I desire W. E. WHITBY to deed to W. B. WHITBY my son, his interest in said MANLEY place and I give to my son W. B. WHITBY my interest in said land and in view of and in consideration of the above transaction I desire W. B. WHITBY to deed W. E. WHITBY his interest in 88 acres land in the12th dist., Crockett Co. Tenn. and known as the HARKREEDER farm making W. B. WHITBY title absolute to 130 acres above described and W. E. WHITBY title absolute to 88 acres above described. Fourth: I give and bequeath all other personal property, notes, cash, bonds and in fact all chattels that I may die possessed of to W. E. WHITBY, my son. This is in consideration of his special attention and faithfulness to me during all my life. Fifth: and Lastly: I do nominate and appoint G. T. WHITE my executor.
