W. B. WATSON's Will Probated April Term 1915 Minute Book "9" Page 672 Last Will and testimony of W. B. WATSON I, W. B. WATSON, being of sound mind, and uninfluenced by any one, make this my last will and testimony. I will that the real estate be divided as follows, The place known as the DAVIS place and Containing 74 acres or there abouts shall go to my son WILLIE F. WATSON, The place known as the A. D. HARWELL place, Containing 60 acres or thereabouts, and 14 acres of the IRVIN place beginning at the North end and running South far enough to get the said 14 acres, I will to my daughter BIRDIE SMITH, The balance of IRVIN place of 25 acres or thereabouts, I will to my wife LUCY WATSON her lifetime, then to be sold and divided between WILLIE F. WATSON, BIRDIE SMITH and SALLIE WATSON if living, or to their heirs if they not living, The home place, or what is known as the BUCK CHAMBERS place, Containing 73 acres or thereabouts I will to my daughter SALLIE WATSON, unless my wife LUCY WATSON should want to make her home on this place, Then I would designate that she have 10 or 12 acres or enough off the South end of said BUCK CHAMBERS place to get the dwelling house & Orchard and have the line running in an East & West direction. Then I shall designate that SALLIE WATSON have the 25 acres of the IRVIN place previously mentioned for LUCY WATSON. The above mentioned 10 or 12 acres of the BUCK CHAMBERS place to go to SALLIE WATSON when the Said LUCY WATSON ceases to make it her home. I will that my wife LUCY WATSON have the place beyond the fence from the BUCK CHAMBERS place and known as the W. B. WATSON old home place to the old STALINGS place Containing 53 acres or thereabouts, She not to sell this place, and at her death to go to WILLIE F. WATSON, BIRDIE SMITH, & SALLIE WATSON or their heirs, I would like this place to be kept in Wheat, Clover, and pasture or any other lands that LUCY may have, So it will not fall on her to Care for my Children.
I designate that my personal property be disposed of as follows. I designate that LUCY WATSON and WILLIE F. WATSON, without giving bond execute this will and wind up my estate. Signed this March-31-1915. W. B. WATSON
