Know all men by these presents that I, ALEXANDER WARREN of the County of Crockett and State of Tenn. being in sound mind and body do hereby make and publish this my last Will and Testament...

I direct that after my decease my relations and friends take charge of my body and dress in a plain and neat manner and deposit in a plain and neat coffin without any gorgeous show...

Mentions:

To my beloved wife, SUE C. WARREN, One fourth in valuation of my personal home place, containing of about one hundred and seven acres, One fourth or childs of all my Estate ... Also I give to free from the control of my Executor, the personal property she owned at the time of our marriage. Also all the bedclothing and needle work made by her during our marriage relationship.

To son, H. G. WARREN, One fourth of the valuation of my present home tract of land, also one fourth of the possessions of my Estate..., this in addition to what I have heretofore given him.

To son, DAVID P. WARREN, One fourth in valuation of tract of land I now reside on, also one fourth of the proceeds of my Estate... in addition to what I have already given him the privilige of buying two acres adjoining him at an average price.

To son, N. H. WARREN, One fourth in value of my present home place, also one fourth of all the proceeds of Estate...

To Grand Son, WALTER STALLINGS, Five hundred dollars which includes the Policy of the Knights of Honor. In case he fails to get the Five hundred dollars from the Knights of Honor then the same is to be paid him by my Executor or to their Guardian Who I suggest as their Father JAMES B. STALLINGS and in the case of the death of the said WALTER STALLINGS before arriving to maturity and without issue, then this legacy or the Five hundred dollars is to be turned back to my heirs named in this Will having given his Mother NANNIE on her marriage some money and other property I consider Five hundred to him an ample provision for me to him in this Will.

Directs that the Executor is to sell home tract of 107 acres more or less.
