Will of V. M. TUCKER Probated April Term 191 (year as written, should be 1911) Minute Book 9 Page 270 Know all men by these presents: That I, V. M. TUCKER, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me at any time made. First Item. After my just debts are paid, which I direct my Executors to do as soon as practible after my death, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife M. L. TUCKER, three fourths of my stock of goods on hand at the time of my death, all money on hand or in bank, all notes and accounts and all my personal property except one fourth of my stocks of goods hereinafter bequeathed. I also give and devise to my wife the house and lot where we now live, situated in Alamo, for and during her life and at her death the same to go to our children then living and to the heirs of any child or children who may have died leaving hiers. Second Item. To my Son C. E. TUCKER I give one fourth of my stock of goods on hand at the time of my death. Third Item. I nominate and appoint my wife M. L. TUCKER and my son C. E. TUCKER as the Executors of this my last Will and Testament without bond. Witness my hand, this the 13th day of Nov. 1908 V. M. TUCKER
