THOMPSON being sound in mind but feeble in body do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made. First. I direct that my funeral expences and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor. Second. I give and bequeath to my son J. E. THOMPSON my daughter H. L. THOMPSON my daughter FRANCIS IRENE THOMPSON and my younger son WILLIAM J. THOMPSON Severally and together all of my Personal property consisting of one horse two cows and one calf fourteen hogs all farming impliments also all household and Kitchen furniture and all the fowls and poultry all provisions on hand including corn wheat and hay and the present growing wheat crop now on my farm hereafter described. I also give to the above named children J. E. THOMPSON H. L. THOMPSON FRANCIS IRENE THOMPSON and WILLIAM J. THOMPSON the sole use and benefit of my farm in district No. 8 of Crockett County Tennessee and bounded as follows on the East by C. H. POSTON on the West by T. E. NOEL heirs North by R. M. BROOKS South by CARTER Consisting of fifty five acres more or less untill my youngest son WILLIAM J. THOMPSON becomes twenty one years old then and upon his majority I direct that said land be sold to the best advantage of all the heirs and the proceeds to be equally divided between my five children or their bodily heirs ("to wit") ANNIE IOLA WHITE formerly THOMPSON, J. E. THOMPSON, H. L. THOMPSON, FRANCIS IRENE THOMPSON and WILLIAM J. THOMPSON. Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my beloved brother D. W. THOMPSON executor and having full confidence in his honesty I wave his giving bond or making affidavit as required by law and direct and impower him to continue to manage the affairs of my four youngest children above named untill my oldest son J. E. THOMPSON becomes twenty one years old then and at that time said J. E. THOMPSON have controll of the younger childrens property severally untill they and each one of them reach their majority and said J. E. THOMPSON also be released of Bond or affidavit.
