"9" Page 275 I, DON THOMPSON of the county of Crockett and State of Tennessee being of sound mind and feeble body, hereby make and publish this as my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making null and void any and all wills that I may have hereto made. It is my desire that after my death and as soon thereafter as is practible my Executors hereinafter named shall, out of any money that I may have at my death, or out of the first money that may come into their hands pay off any medical bill that may be left unpaid, and also pay such funeral expenses as may incurue in giving my body a decent burial. Also said Executors shall pay off any Just debts that may be due and unpaid against my estate at my death. I own a house and lot in Memphis Tenn. which I am offering for sale. I also own a house and a few acres of land near Siloam Springs, Ark. which I am offering to sell. If these lots are not sold before my death, it is my desire that my Executors sell and convey these two places, making good and perfect title to them as I could make if living. With the proceeds from the sale of these two lots, these Executors shall pay off any encumberance that may exist against said lots, and invest the remainder together with any other assets that they may have in favor of my estate in some good land near Fruitvale Crockett County Tennessee in the name of my son CARL THOMPSON now 13 years old. Said land to be held by said Executors in trust for the use and benifit of said CARL THOMPSON, during his minority. In the event of the death of CARL, without issue while he yet owns the property herein bequeathed, said property shall be equally divided between J. N. JACKSON, J. R. JACKSON, and my sister FLORENCE RAINES or her daughter LOUISE now of Humboldt Tenn. I hereby appoint J. N. JACKSON and J. R. JACKSON my Executors without bond to carry into effect the foregoing Will.
