DAVID TAYLOR Will Probated March term 1896 Minute Book "F" Page 623 In the name of God, Amen. I, DAVID TAYLOR of the County of Crockett & State of Tennessee being sound in mind, but weak in bodily health, do make this as my last Will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other Wills by me at any other time heretofore made. Item 1st my funeral expenses and all my Just debts are to be paid out of the first money that shall come into the hands of my Executor, hereafter to be named. Item 2nd It my desire & I hereby give & bequeath to my wife ANNA F. one cow and full years provissions, and forty five acres of my land to include the family residence & and out houses, off of the West end of tract for and during her natural life, and fifty dollars in money. Item 3rd I give and bequeath to my Daughter NANCY M. FLOWERS fifty acres of land off of the North part of my tract adjoining LUKE LANIER on the West and HARRIS tract of land on the North & J. J. TAYLOR land on the East the line cutting it off to run East & West. Item 4th I give and bequeath to my Son WILLIAM T. TAYLOR the remainder of my land amounting to forty acres and the forty five acres given to my wife at her death and require my son WILLIAM T. to pay to my wife fifty dollars in money at the end of twelve months from my death. Item 5th All money or effects of any kind remaining after the above bequest is satisfied, I give to my wife ANNA F. to do as she chooses with. Item 6th I hereby appoint my Son DAVID H. TAYLOR as Executor to carry out this my last Will & Testament. August 14th 1880. DAVID (X) TAYLOR
