ELIAS TAYLOR's Will Probated May term 1875 of County Court See Minute Book A Page 623 I ELIAS TAYLOR do make and publish this as my last will and testament... I give and bequeath to my beloved wife MARGARET JANE Ninety three acres of land including all the appurtenances belonging thereto during her lifetime or remains my widow and after her death or if she should marry again then said Land to be sold and the proceeds equally divided between REBECCA JANE LASITER, JAMES N. TAYLOR, H. W. TAYLOR & A. W. TAYLOR provided they cannot divide it otherwise I also give to my wife all of my house hold and kitchen furniture after giving off to A. W. TAYLOR, E. A. TAYLOR & T. P. TAYOR so as to make them equal to the other children that has been furnished with thus part of the house hold & kitchen furniture two mules or two horses one wagon and farming utensils two cows & calves all of my hogs and otherwise enough to support her. I have this day given my son E. A. TAYLOR a deed of gift to Forty nine & three sixteenths acres of land all that I intend giving to him of my real estate. I also have this day given to my son THOMAS P. Fifty acres of land by deed which is all I intend for him to have of my Real Estate. I direct further that my personal property not otherwise directed and bequeathed to be sold as soon as possible after my death and the proceeds divided among my children JAS. N. TAYLOR. R. J. LASITER, H. W. TAYLOR, A. W. TAYLOR, E. A. TAYLOR & T. P. TAYLOR after my son THOMAS P. TAYLOR is supplied with a horse worth one hundred & fifty dollars or one hundred and fifty dollars in money.
