J. S. TATUM Will - Probated July 1st 1920 Minute Book 10 Page __ I, J. S. TATUM, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills by me at any time made. To my beloved wife CORA BELLE TATUM, I give bequeath and devise my entire estate both real and personal, of whatsoever character and wherever located. And the real estate of which I die the owner is devised to my said wife CORA BELLE TATUM to her sole and seperate use free from the control of marital right of any future husband. I nominate and apoint my said wife CORA BELLE TATUM, Executrix, of this my last Will and testament and request that she be excused from making bond as such; and I further request and direct, that she be not required to make any report of said estate to the Courts or make any settlement thereof. My intention being that she take whatever property I own at the time of my death to do with as she may deem proper.
In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and subscribe my name, this the 1st day of September, 1916.
