Will of MRS. M. J. STARKS
Probated Aug. 4, 1942

Being of sound mind and free to give as I choose, I, MRS. M. J. STARKS make this my last will and testimony.

To my Son JOE STARK I will my home place which is the only realestate I own and to my son, WILL STARK I will the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) in Cash and no more.

To my two daughters MRS. MOLLIE HATCH and FANNIE BURNS I will all that remains of my earthly Possessions after the said JOE STARK and WILL STARK shall have been settled with in full and after any and all just debts have been paid in full if there be any at my death.
