J. H. STANDLAND Will Probated March 18th 1920 Minute Book 10 Page __ Will of personal property, I J. H. STANDLAND of the 8th Dist. Of Crockett County, Tennessee, Merchant, being of sound mind disposing mind and memory, do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time made, as to my worldly estate, and all the property, real personal or mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my deceased, I devise bequeath and dispose thereof in the manner following to wit: My Will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall by my Executor hereinafter named be paid out of my estate so soon after my decease as shall by them be found convenient. I give devise and bequeath to my Sister MARY J. BATES all my real estate consisting of ten acres of land in the 8th District of crockett County Tennessee, and all my personal property, In witness hereof I JNO. H.
