SKELTONs Will Probated February 3rd 1920 Minute Book 10 Page 381 State of Tennessee Crockett County I, BELLE SKELTON do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made. First I give and bequeath to my beloved husband, T. N. SKELTON all of my property both real and personal of every description. Lastly I hereby nominate and appoint my said husband, T. N. SKELTON my Executor without being required to give bond, in witness whereof, I do to this my Will set my hand this the 29th day of July 1899. BELLE SKELTON
Witnesses: At the request of MRS. BELLE SKELTON the maker of the foregoing Will, dated the 29th day of July 1899 signed and witnessed by GUSSIE K. GOODLOE and R. L. SIMMONS, both of said witnesses having moved away from Alamo and for that reason, at her request and in the presence of each other, we do hereby subscribe our names, as attesting witnesses to the foregoing Will of MRS. BELLE SKELTON, she acknowledgeing to us to be her last Will and Testament, This November 18th 1919.
