H. N. ROSE will Probated December Term 1876 of County Court See Minute Book B page 154 Know all men by these presents that I H. N. ROSE of the County of Crockett and State of Tennessee has this day in my own proper mind and with my own hand and pen make this my last will and testament viz: I give unto ALBERT M. ODLE his heirs and assigns my mare and buggy and four hundred dollars worth of notes on GEORGE W. ROOKS and GEO. T. WEDDLE also the three hundred dollar note I hold on THOMAS DAVIDSON also one on GEO. T. WEDDLE of Twenty and one on TALTON WILLIAMS of Twenty dollars also on WILLIAM HOWELL of six dollars also one wagon and harness for two horses with all of my house hold and kitchen furniture the articles too tedious to mention for the consideration that the said A. M. ODLE obligates himself to take of me during my natural life and treating me with that friendship and kindness which I think the consideration demands furthermore I bind myself to defend this Indenture against all Claims or seisures that ever may come against it this article of agreement entered into between H. N. ROSE and A. M. ODLE this the fifth day of May 1875. H. N. ROSE
