Will of W. H. ROBERTS Probated, March 13, 1929 Know all men by these presents, I, W. H. ROBERTS of Maury City, Crockett county, Tenn., do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by heretofore made. I direct that all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible, I direct that my wife MRS. WINNIE ROBERTS shall take absolute controll of my estate, I have given my son GEORGE ROBERTS Nine hundred twenty five $925. Dollars cash in hand. I give my son HANEY ROBERTS Nine Hundred and twenty five ($925.) cash in hand, and I want my Daughter MATTIE LOU ROBERTS to have Nine Hundred and twenty five ($925.) Dollars when she leaves my house, and I want my daughter MRS. JAMES HARRIS to have Nine hundred and twenty five ($925.) Dollars, when she leaves my house, I want my wife MRS. WINNIE ROBERTS to have the balance of my property both realty and personal property to do as she pleases with it. And I want my wife WINNIE ROBERTS to be executor on my estate without bond and at her death, I want what is left to go to our daughter MATTIE LOU ROBERTS, if she still remains at home.
