I JOHN J. ROBBINS of Crockett Co. Tenn knowing the uncertainites of life, and the certainty of death, do make, and publish this as my last will, and testament revoking all former Wills heretofore made by me.

Item 1st. It is my will, and that all my debts be paid out of my estate.

Item 2nd. I will and bequeathe to my beloved wife SARAH ROBBINS for and during her natural life The home tract of about 87 1/2 acres... and the improvements thereon... situated in the 6th civil district of Crockett Co. Tenn... also all the land I bought or traded for from H. H. HARGETT that lies on the south side of the Ashport Road in the 6th and 8th civil dists of Crockett Co. Tenn.

Item 3. I also will that after the death of my said wife that the lands given to her above... shall be disposed of as hereinafter directed.

Item 4. I also will and bequeathe to my wife, all the horses, mules, colts, cattle, sheep, hogs, house-hold and kitchen furniture, farming implements, and other personal property from my home that is not disposed of otherwise... also fifty bushels of wheat, and fifty barrels of corn and all the oats, and hay on the farm.

Item 5. I will, and bequeathe, to my son SOLOMAN, that part of the land I traded for from H. H. HARGETT that lies North of the Ashport road in front of the said SOLOMAN'S residence.

Item 6. I have given bond as Guardian of ROBT. J. ROBBINS, my son, and owe him Five hundred $500.00 Dollars as such and in order to satisfy said debt to him, I will and bequeathe to him 36 1/2 acres of land that I purchased from HOWELL COAKE, situated in the 8th civil district of Crockett Co. Tennessee and also two acres of land adjoining the said 36 1/2 acres on the South side of it... surveyed by W. J. LAMBERT which said land I value at $600.00 but if the said ROBT. J. shall refuse to take said lands above at said price, and pay to my Executor the sum of $100.00 then my Executor shall sell said land...

Item 7th. I have given my son ROBT. J. a bey filly colt two years old purchased from FRANK EARWOOD and have turned her over to him as his own from this date, and I will to him... a bridle and saddle, and blanket worth Ten dollars and one feather bed weighing forty pounds, and bed stead, and outfit for the bed and one Walnut chest and I will that my Executor pay to him the rents that may be obtained from said land until he arrives at age...

Item 8. I have given bond as Guardian of my son JOHN H. ROBBINS, and owe him Five Hundred Dollars as such and in order to satisfy said debt to him in part: I will... 30 acres of land in the 6th Civil Dist. of Crockett Co. Tenn near Mill Creek Church purchased by me of R. G. CATES and also 3 acres of land in the 8th District of said County on the north side of the Ashport Road purchased or traded for, from H. H. HARGETT and adjoining the 2 acres given above to R. J. ROBBINS...

Item 9. I have given my son JOHN H. a roan colt about a year and one half old purchased from WM. COCHRAN, and have turned the colt over to him as his own property from this date and I will to him a little table here and McGUONEY'S? Land of the bible, and Five dollars in money, and a bed stead, and feather bed weighing forty pounds and out fit for the bed... rents from land to be paid to him if he is a minor...

Item 10. I will and bequeathe to LILLIE J. my daughter my marble top bureau, and to my son EDDIE my cane bottom rocking chair.

Item 11. I will and bequeathe that my Executor sell the following property all my hogs not needed for stock hogs, and for meat for a year's support for my family, and all sheep my wife does not have need for and one more called Bloze and the mule colt of Lucy and all my corn and wheat, and oats that I have not given my wife, and the mower, and rake, and the road scraper, and plows, one 2 horse plow and double tree, and single tree, one broad axe, one cross cut saw, one Post digger one 1/2 interest in a corn planter, at widow LONON'S and when my wife dies... sell the lands I have given my wife for life... with the proceeds of such sale, he shall pay first Three Hundred Dollars each to LILLIE J. and RICHARD EDWARD and the balance he will equally divide among all my children...

Item 12. I nominate and appoint S. G. BOOTHE to be the executor of this my will.
