Will of R. RICHARDSON Probated Oct 8th 1923 Minute Book 10 Page? Know all men by these present that I, ROBERT RICHARDSON, of Crockett County Tennessee, do hereby make and publish this as my last will and testament, revoking all others heretofore made by me. First, I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay my funeral expenses. Second, I give to my beloved wife for and during her life the property that I may own that is exempt from execution to-gether with a home-stead and dower interest in my land that she would be entitled to under the law, for and during her natural life, and at her death then, it is to all go to my son, ILAR. Third, I give to my daughter ADA RIDDICK, $5.00 Fourth, I give to my daughter IDA AGEE, $5.00 Fifth, I give to my daughter, ESTELLE AGEE, $5.00 Sixth, I give to my daughter, VILLA CLIMER, $5.00 Seventh, I give to my son, ILAR RICHARDSON, all of my other property, both real and personal, money, notes, crops, if any be growing at my death, and the reversonary interest in the home-stead and dower hereingiven to my wife. The reason why I only give each of my daughters $5.00 is that they are all married and have a home, and my son has no land or home. I hereby nominate and appoint my son, ILAR RICHARDSON executor of this my last will and testament, and having confidence I hereby waive bond and oath. R. RICHARDSON We, JOHN H. PERRY and R. L. CONYERS, being called on by the testator, ROBERT RICHARDSON, do hereby witness his signature to the foregoing will, and at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other we sign as our names as witnesses to his signature on this the 9th day of February 1920..
