Will Sept. 18th 1915

I DANIEL RICHARDSON of my own free will and accord, freely, Voluntarily and understandingly without Compulsion or Constraint from any person whomsoever, I do hereby and herewith Give and Convey unto BETTIE BOOZY my Niece and adopted Daughter and her Husband WILLIAM BOOZY my Entire Estate Consisting of Personal Property and real Estate, it is for the Love and Good Will that I have for BETTIE BOOZY my Niece and adopted Daughter and WILLIAM BOOZY her husband, that I Give convey and hereby transfer unto them and their heirs and assigns all my Realty and Personal Property to have to hold forever Said BETTIE & WILLIAM BOOZY are to pay all my Funeral & Burial Expenses this is my last Will and testament I am in my right mind comprehend and know what I am doing, all writings manuscripts or testaments that are executed before the date of this will are null and void and shall be of no effect.
