I, C. W. RICHARDSON, of Gadsden, Crockett County, Tennessee, do make and publish this as my last will and Testament...

Mentions:

To my wife, MARY LOU RICHARDSON, the tract of land whereon I now live, including my residence, together with all my household goods and furniture. The double brick store building, now occupied by COLLINSWORTH and WILLIAMS, The garrage building, now being used as a blacksmith shop. The KING PORTER farm located in the 4th District of Crockett County which she inherited. The insurance as designated in Policy. In the event of her death or should she marry again the above property reverts or goes back to my three children, MARTHA NEWTON, CHARLES WILLIS and ROBERT MILTON RICHARDSON, to be divided equally between them.

To my daughter, MARTHA NEWTON RICHARDSON, the MITCHELL farm, located in the 1st Civil District of Crockett County, containing 112 acres, the FORSYTH farm located in the same district, containing 31 acres, the STROUD farm, located in the 3rd Civil District of Crockett Co., containing 108 acres, the SHIVERS farm located in the 2nd Civil District of Crockett County, containing 90 acres. Two City of Humboldt, Tennessee bonds $1,000.00 each par value. Fifty shares of stock in the STRATTON-WARREN Hardware Co. of Memphis, Tennessee. Three County of Gibson, Tennessee bonds $1,000.00 each par value. My diamond ring. The $4000.00 HOMER CLARK land note and mortgage. At her death, should she die without heirs, the above real estate to go to her two brothers, CHARLES WILLIS and MILTON RICHARDSON or their heirs.

To my son ROBERT MILTON RICHARDSON, the COLLINSWORTH farm in the 4th Civil District of Crockett Co., containing 100 acres. The LEE COLE farm in the same district, containing 52 acres. The CRADDOCK farm located in the same district, containing 201 acres. Fifty shares of stock in the STRATTON-WARREN Hardware Co. of Memphis, TN. Five Western Union Telegraph Co. bonds $1000.00 each par value The GEORGE HALL land note and mortgage. The LEMAN GRAY land note and mortgage. The HERSCHEL PATTERSON land note and mortgage. The J. D. PORTER land note and mortgage. The automobile that I own at the time of my death.

To my son CHARLES WILLIS RICHARDSON, The Gibson WELLS farms composed of three tracts containing 145 acres, 40 acres and 10 acres, located in Gibson Co., TN. The ROE THOMAS farm located in the 4th Civil District of Crockett Co., containing 76 acres. The SPRAGGINS farm located in the 3rd Civil District of Crockett Co., containing 30 acres. My one-half interest in the WALLIS farm in the same district, composed of two tracts, containing about 60 acres and 34 acres each. All of my stock in the Jackson Packing Co., of Jackson, TN, $1000.00 par value. The SCOT WARD place located in the 3rd Civil District of Crockett Co., containing about 2 acres. The storage house located at the west end of Main Street in Gadsden, TN, originally a garage. Fifteen shares of stock in the Merchants State Bank of Humboldt, TN, $10.00 per share par value. My interest in the Gadsden Gin Co. Partnership. My truck and all of my farming implements. Also miscellaneous notes as follows: JOHN LEE KEE $175.00, B. A. TATUM $65.50, W. T. TAYLOR $375.00, CLYDE PERRY $175.00, and JOE LOVETT $289.00, some of these notes having had payments made on them. The TOM TATUM land note and mortgage. The J. B. KINCAID land note and mortgage.

The remainder of my property... is to be equally divided between my wife, MARY LOU RICHARDSON, my children, CHARLES WILLIS, ROBERT MILTON and MARTHA NEWTON RICHARDSON.
