Will of T. A. REAMS Probated Aug. 6, 1931 3/28 - 30 [28 Mar 1930] I, T. A. REAMS, being a person of sound mind and judgment request the following division of my property at my death: my farm, farm implements and stock are to be sold and my insurance policy in the National Rural Letter Carriers Benefit Association collected and from the proceeds a note for Twenty-two hundred dollars paid to MRS. MILDRED BRADEN and the remainder among my four children. My son, C. H. REAMS is indebted to me for notes that I indorsed and had to pay for him as follows: JOHN MITCHELL $1400.00 Merchants State Bank, Humboldt, Tenn. $339.30. Peoples Bank, Humboldt, Tenn. $372.50 and one note to A. M. REAMS for $100.00. He is not to receive any part of my estate until his one-fourth interest shall reach amount of above notes with interest from this date to time of settlement of estate. I bequeath to my wife all my other personal property such as notes, money, car &c. Also my W. O. W. & Tenn. Rural Letter Carriers Association policies. I hereby appoint my sons, A. M. REAMS and ELBERT REAMS executors without bond and without fees except the actual court costs. T. A. REAMS
