Will of ELIZA PRESCOTT Probated Jan. Term 1909 Minute Book 9 Page 81 I - ELIZA PRESCOTT of Bells, Crockett County Tennessee, do make and publish as my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me hereto before made. 1st. I direct that all my debts be paid by my Executor as soon after my death as possible. 2nd. I direct my daughter JOHNIE MAY PRESCOTT shall have the home place now where I live, containing 37 acres more fully described as the WM. PHILLIPS home place. 3rd. And I give to my daugher, LAUDIE, the tract of land in the 14" district of Crockett County Tenn. Containing 45 acres as foloows: - On the North by JOHN PHILLIPS, on the East by ROBERT BURGESS on the South by Alamo and Johnson Grove road, on the West by McCOLLOUGH, Containing by estimation 45 acres. 4th. I direct that my Executor, hereinafter named shall take charege of all my personal property of which I shall die seized and possessed, He shall hold said realty and the following personal property in trust for the benefit of my two little girls JOHNIE MAY and LUDIE PRESCOTT, that is to say one sorrel mare, 1 Buggy and harness, two beds and bed clothing and one sewing machine. 5th. I direct that the remainder of my personal property shall be sold and the proceeds used for the support and education of my girls the said JOHNIE MAY and LUDIE PRESCOTT. 6th. I direct that my executor shall collect all debts due me and pay all of my just & honest debts and give me a decent burial. 7th. I appoint my brother in law A. L. MILLER to be the executor of this will to take charge of all my property here named in my will, and my two children and support them with the same and the said A. L. MILLER, my executor is not to be bonded. I also appoint the said MILLER guardian for the above two children without bond. This Jan. 6th 1909 ELIZA PRESCOTT
