Will of ELIZA PIGGEE Probated Nov. 16th 1903 Bells, Tenn. January the first 1900. I, ELIZA PIGGEE do make my Will today I give my house and land to my son WILSON G. W. PIGGEE and my Grand children that I here name. They are as follows: - MARY ETTER PIGGEE and WILLIE PIGGEE and EVER LEANER PIGGEE. I want my land to be divided equally between WILSON G. W. PIGGEE, MARY ETTER PIGGEE and EVER LEANER PIGGEE and WILLIE PIGGEE, and not a foot of my land shall be sold or leased mortgaged till in 10 ten years after my death, then each one can sell or least or mortgaged if tha want to, but each one can rent if they want too and my place can not and shall not be divided till after my Grand daughter EVER LEANER PIGGEE be come of age 21 twenty one years old: She was born July the 3rd 1889. I want all of my Grand children that I named a bove to live and make homes on my place till EVER LEANER PIGGEE become of age if they want to. I will appoint my son WILSON G. W. PIGGEE administrator to look after the place for my Grand children till EVER LEANER PIGGEE becomes of age without having give bond he is not to give bond to the court, my son WILSON I give power to divide my house and land like he wish to after the age of EVER LEANER PIGGEE to give any of the 3 Grand children any part of the place that he see fit to do, if my son WILSON or MARY ETTER or EVER LEANER or WILLIE shall die without having any children the place is to go back to my estate but as long as my son WILSON is living or any of the 3 Grand children are living the place belongs to them and if any Grand children die and leave children they, their part is to go to their children.
