Will of MRS. SALLIE PICKLER Probated April 9th 1925 Minute Book 11 page __ I, MRS. SALLIE PICKLER widow of JOHN PICKLER, deceased being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make and publish this as my last will and testment, hereby revoking and making null and void any other will or codicil heretofore made by me at any time: 1 First; I direct, that as soon after my death as practicable, my executor will pay all my just debts out of any money I may have on hand, or in Bank. 2 After payment of my debts all of the remainder of my estate, both real and personal is hereby given and devised to my beloved nephew, JOHN S. CASH; that is to say; All my personal property, of every kind and character, consisting of money on hand or in bank, notes, clothing, household and kitchen furniture, notes debts or accounts due me, claims that I may have, and every other species and kind of personal property or chose in action, I hereby give and bequeath to my beloved nephew JOHN S. CASH. 3 Any and all real estate or interst in real estate, regardless of kind or character or wherever said real estate may be located or situated, and that I may own or have inters in, either legal or equitable, at the time of my death I hereby give, and devise to my said nephew, JOHN S. CASH. I hereby nominate and appoint the said JOHN S. CASH, as executor of this will, without bond. I hereunto set my hand this the 7th day of February, 1924. SALLIE PICKLER
