J. C. W. Nunn's Will Probated November Term of County Court 1875 Alamo Tenn Oct 25th 1875 Being Sound in mind and memory, and feeling that I am about to depart this life I wish to dispose of my earthly possessions to wit:
I have one Hundred and Seventeen and Three quarter acres of Land in my home tract which I wish my wife to have to hold and to keep during her life or widowhood. All the rest of my property I wish to be used in the settlement of my debts and I desire that my wife be the Administratrix on my estate.
