Will of W. H. NORVILLE Probated Oct. 23, 1933 I, W. H. NORVILLE, do make and publish this my last Will and testament, hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore made. Item One – To my beloved wife MARY LOUISE NORVILLE I give and devise for and during her natural life, all of the real estate of which I may be the owner at the time of my death. At her death I direct that my land be sold and the proceeds divided share and share alike among the following named of my children, to-wit: EULA WORRELL, EMMA CLARK, MAUDE SMITH, ERNEST NORVILLE, FRANK NORVILLE, ROBERT NORVILLE and BERTRAM NORVILLE. In case either of the above named children should die before I do, leaving children, such children to receive the portion that would have gone to the parent under this will. Item Two – I give and bequeath to my beloved wife all of my personal estate of whatsoever character to be by her used and disposed of as she may deem right. Item Three – I nominate my son ROB NORVILLE as the executor of this my last will and testament and request that he not be required to execute bond as such. This August 26th 1926. W. H. NORVILLE
