Will of Dr. C. T. LOVE Probated October 15th 1920 Minute Book 10 page __ In the name of God Amen I, CHARLES T. LOVE, SR., of Alamo Crockett County Tennessee make this my last Will and testimony revoking and making void all others made by me at any time. First I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any money that I may die possessed or may first come into the hands of my Executor. Second I give and beaqueath to my three children CHARLIE, SADIE and HENRY my Insurance of One Thousand Dollars in the Woodman Circle, My wife Mrs. LULA C. LOVE, to be their guardian without bond. Third I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mrs. LULA C. LOVE the remainder of my estate both real and personal of every description, including Insurance after the one thousand dolars heretofore disposed of is paid. Lastly I do appoint my beloved wife Mrs. LULA CARTER LOVE my Executrix without bond I also appoint my beloved wife Mrs. LULA C. LOVE, guardian for my three children, CHARLIE, SADIE and HENRY, without bond, and excuse her from making any reports and settlements with the Court as such guardian.
