SALLIE ANN LEWIS of the County of Crockett State of Tennessee being of sound mind, but in feeble health and realizing the uncertainty of life and that death may come at anytime, do make and publish this as my last will and testament. First, I direct that after my death I desire that my executor as soon as practicable pay all my Just debts, first out of any personal property that I may die possessed of. And in the event my personal property does not pay all I may owe, I desire that my land be rented out by my executor for one year or longer until the rents shall amount to enough to pay all I may owe. Secondly, I will and direct that my daughter's child (LEONA DAVIS) my Grand child be given the sum of Five Dollars out of my personal property I may own at my death. Third I give and bequeath all the residue of my estate both personal and real to my three children JOHN LEWIS, GUS LEWIS and LONIE LEWIS to be equally divided between them and share alike. Fourth I hereby select and appoint my friend and brotherinlaw J. C. SMOTHERS my executor to carry out and fulfil the provisions of this will and for that purpose of doing so he need not give bond. Signed and sealed by me, this the 10th day of September 1903. S. A. LEWIS
