J. F. LASTER's Will Probated Oct. 11th 1920 Minute Book 10 Page __ In the name of God Amen I, J. F. LASTER, being in sound mind, and in reasonable health, do hereby bequeath all of my personal property and all of my real estate and all that I may have here after add to said real estate, or any income that I may accumerlate and have on hand at my death, this is made for the sole benefit of J. J. LASTER and J. W. LASTER my bodily heirs, and none other, which is 130 one hundred & thirty acres of land lying and being in Crockett County Tennessee District No. 7 and also all of my live stock, including horses, & mules cow, hogs and all of my house-hold goods including beds and quilts and other effects pertaining, these to be equally divided between the said J. J. LASTER and J. W. LASTER and their heirs. I further bequeath all of my money or notes, that I may have on hand at death, also the said J. J LASTER, J. W. LASTER shall take charge of all of my effects at my death and pay off all of my just debts and also my burial expenses in full, and then after all just accounts are paid then the said J. J. LASTER and J. W. LASTER shall equally divide the remainder between them-selves, this is my last Will and Testament, So help me God. This April 20th 1908. J. F. LASTER
