J. J. LAMBERT's Will Probated May Term 1890 Minute Book # Page 312 & 313 I J. J. LAMBERT of Crockett Co. Tenn being of sound mind and memory do hereby make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills be me at any time heretofore made. 1st I order and direct my executors as soon after my decease as practicable to pay off and discharge all the debts dues and liabilities that may exist against me at the time of my decease. 2nd I give to my brother D. H. LAMBERT my sister N. T. WELCH my brothers widow E. F. LAMBERT the sum of $50.00 each. 3rd I give to my sister E. A. BRIDGER wife of R. C. BRIDGER and to my dec'd wifes two sisters BERTHA WALKER & LULA DAVIS the sum of $50.00 each. 4th I give to N. W. LAMBERT wife of my Brother W. J. LAMBERT and to SALLIE E. NORVELL wife of WILLIE NORVELL one bed bed stead and bed clothes 5th The money to pay the above legacies debts funeral expences shall be obtained by the sale of my personal property (not herein desposed of) which shall be sold as soon after my death as my executor may think proper. 6th I give my tract of land in the 6th civil district of Crockett Co. Tenn containing 53 acres to my brother W. J. LAMBERT and SALLIE E. NORVELL wife of WILLIE NORVELL. 7th In case there should be a sirplus of money after all my debts and expences are paid I want it equally divided among my brothers & sisters. 8th I hereby appoint W.
