Last Will and Testament of MRS. MARY (HARWELL) KELLOUGH Probated Oct. 29, 1940 I, MARY KELLOUGH, of Crockett County, Tennessee, realizing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made. First: I direct that all my just debts, including funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as practical by my executrix hereinafter named.
Second: I give, demise, and bequeath to my beloved sister, PEARL HARWELL, all my property, both real and personal, the real property being described as follows: Third: I hereby nominate and appoint PEARL HARWELL sole executrix of this my last will and testament, and she is expressly excused from making bond or filing settlement. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, this 28 day of February, 1936. MARY KELLOUGH
