T. A. JONES Will Probated Mar Term 1916 Minute Book "9" page 730 I, T. A. JONES, being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament. 1. I will that all of my just debts be paid. 2. I will and bequeath to my beloved sister, SUE A. JONES all of my property, real, personal and mixed including live stock, household and kitchen furniture, money choses in action and hand wherever situated, and whether I own said lands in fee or in common. 3. I will that my Sister, immediately upon my death take possession of said property and retain, or dispose of any part, or all of it, as she sees fit, that is to say I substitute her to all of my rights while living to said property with the same power to collect debts an sell land and appropirate the same to her own use, without letters of administration, or making report to any Court.
