Know all men by these presents That I, OSCAR E. HOWELL being of Sound mind do make and publish this as my last will and Testament.

Firstly. I will that all I may die seized and possessed of I give to my beloved wife HATTIE MAY HOWELL the have and hold unto herself all the remainder of her natural Life and at her death I will that it shall be divided equally between my five Children, WELDON HOWELL, HARRY HOWELL, REBECCA HOWELL, RACHEL HOWELL and DAN HOWELL.

Second. I hereby apoint my oldest son WELDON HOWELL as Executor of this my last will, without bond.

Third. Should I pass from this life before all my Children reach their majority I hereby appoint WELDON HOWELL as Guardian of those that are minors and having due confidence in his ability and honesty I make this appointment without bond.

I acknowledge this as my last will, and revoke all others.
