Will of OSCAR E. HOWELL Probated July 12, 1945 Know all men by these presents That I, OSCAR E. HOWELL being of Sound mind do make and publish this as my last will and Testament. Firstly. I will that all I may die seized and possessed of I give to my beloved wife HATTIE MAY HOWELL the have and hold unto herself all the remainder of her natural Life and at her death I will that it shall be divided equally between my five Children, WELDON HOWELL, HARRY HOWELL, REBECCA HOWELL, RACHEL HOWELL and DAN HOWELL. Second. I hereby apoint my oldest son WELDON HOWELL as Executor of this my last will, without bond. Third. Should I pass from this life before all my Children reach their majority I hereby appoint WELDON HOWELL as Guardian of those that are minors and having due confidence in his ability and honesty I make this appointment without bond.
