SUSAN HOPKINS Will Probated March Term 1880 Minute Book "C" Page 57 In the name of God, Amen. I SUSAN HOPKINS in the County of Crockett and State of Tennessee being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, and declair this to be my last will and Testament. That is to say, I give to my son BYRUM five dollars to be paid out of my sorral Estate and to my son in Law EARLBY and his wife LAURA one dollar. To my son THOMAS one note I now hold against my brother DRUE BROCK for fifty dollars. To my son JAMES one other note I hold against the afforesaid DRUE BROCK for fifty dollars. To my sons LOGAN and DRUE the remainder of my Interest in my Fathers Estate and to my Three daughters MOLLIE, LEE and MATTIE each one feather bed and bedding. I give bequeath and devise all the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate to my Children now living at home to be divided between them share and share alike. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this the 7th day of February in the year of our Lord One Thousand and eight Hundred and Eighty SUSAN (X) HIOPKINS
